Meet The Team

Todd Megrath

President

Todd has more than 15 years in real estate development and finance experience and has developed more than $7B in commercial real estate assets. Todd has run development projects for both Fortune 500 companies as well as local and regional developers. Todd’s experience in development has included commercial, office, healthcare, hospitality, entertainment, and residential projects. Todd Founded M Square Development in 2019 with the focus of building under built product types in Western State markets. Todd has a Bachelors’ from the University of Utah, a Masters’ from Harvard University, and has studied Real Estate Development and Analysis at Cornell University.

Randall Macy

Vice President

Randall has more than ten years of management experience and recently decided to change industries. Randall joined M Square Development in 2021 to both help our team in growing our investor network, as well as taking over the daily operations of the asset management functions. Randall’s experience in accounting, logistics, and day-to-day operations will continue to be an asset for M Square. Randall has a Bachelors’ degree in Information Technology from Humboldt State.
